Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within New Zealand. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on your delivery address. The exact cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order. We offer different shipping options to suit your needs, so you can choose the one that works best for you.

3. Shipping Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping option you choose.

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed during business hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (NZT). Orders placed after 4:00 pm on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Delivery Issues

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, please note that there may be occasional delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, extreme weather, or public holidays. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at hello@byurvi.nz, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

9. Damaged or Lost Parcels

We take extra care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. We may require photos of the damaged item(s) to assist with the claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, and in some cases, we may issue a replacement or refund.

10. Non-Delivery Days

Please be aware that there will be no deliveries on public holidays or days when the courier service is closed. Delivery times may be affected during peak seasons such as Christmas or New Year, so we recommend ordering in advance to ensure timely arrival.

11. Shipping Restrictions

For the security of our customers, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses. Orders placed with a P.O. Box address will be canceled, and you will be notified via email.
