If you would like an exchange, credit or refund
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Please include the original invoice and packaging with your item/s. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a prepaid, trackable shipping service.
Full—priced items can be returned for store credit or an exchange, depending on availability. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock levels, and if your desired size is out of stock, you’ll receive a store credit instead. Sale items are non—refundable.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the item has been inspected. Please allow up to 7 days for processing.
Faulty Items:
If an item is faulty, please notify us within 3 working days. We will provide a refund if the item cannot be replaced due to stock availability. Shipping costs for faulty items will also be refunded.
Size Guide:
Our size guide is general, and sizes may vary depending on the style and material of each garment. We understand that every body is different, so if you have questions about sizing or fit, feel free to email us at hello@byurvi.co.nz.
Care Guide:
It is very important to care for your garments. Please kindly follow wash care instructions provided with the garment. The better care you take, the longer you can enjoy each garment. Using wash bags are a great way to ensure your garments don’t snag or get damaged in the wash. If you have any questions about how to better care for your garments, please do get in touch with us.
